Job title: Team Support Administrator Location: Safe Partnership HQ, Wareham Terms: 10 - 4 pm 4 days a week (we can be somewhat flexible up to full time hours) Hourly rate £11.95 per hour (£23,750 FTE)

Safe Partnership is a national charity based in Wareham, Dorset.

We offer home security upgrades to victims of domestic violence, hate crime, stalking and gang violence.

We work with local authorities all over England and Wales to reach people from diverse backgrounds and help them to feel more secure and confident in their home environment.

About the role:

Recently demand for our service has grown, so we are looking for someone with strong phone and communication skills. This is new role you will be supporting the current team by :

Contacting Landlords and housing associations to gain permission for our Security Installers to make changes to the security of the tenants properties.

Taking details from our referring partners and setting up new referrals.

Assisting with invoicing from our system.

Finding and booking hotel accomodation for our team of installers

Supporting the Chief Operations officer with general office management.

We are also about to embark on a project to move to an integrated customer management system which will streamline the way we work, so our perfect person will have a good grasp of technology and have worked with some kind of internal database.

We can be flexible to a point with the days/hours worked up to 37.5 hours (full time)

Candidate requirements:

Be able to demonstrate active listening and problem solving skills. Resilience and compassion - we are dealing with people who have been in traumatic situations, sometimes it takes a fair amount of patience and empathy. The Local Authorities also share details of the victims history which can be distressing.
